Matthew Corrin

Mr. M. Corrin founded Freshii in 2005 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as our Chairman since December 2012. We believe that Mr. M. Corrin’s role as our founder and his intimate knowledge of our operations and culture qualifies him to serve as Chairman of our Board. Mr. M. Corrin is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Canada's Top 40 under 40, Inc. Magazine's Top 30 under 30, and Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals Restauranteur of the Year. Mr. M. Corrin holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Sean Berry

Mr. Berry is a Director at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC, an alternative investment management firm focused on performing credit and special situations for mid-market companies. Prior to joining Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Berry worked in UBS Investment Bank’s Growth Capital and Restructuring group, where he was involved in a variety of transactions including leveraged buyouts, private placements and debt financings across various industries. Mr. Berry holds a B.A., with honours, in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Jeffrey Burchell

Mr. Burchell is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc., a pre-eminent, independent Canadian wealth management firm that manages investment portfolios for high net worth private clients as well as select institutional investors, including family offices, foundations, endowments and both public and private pension plans. Prior to joining Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc., Mr. Burchell was the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Aston Hill Financial Inc. Mr. Burchell also worked as a senior portfolio manager at Polar Securities. Mr. Burchell holds an M.B.A. and law degree from Dalhousie University and earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Adam Corrin

Mr. A. Corrin has served as our Chief Operating Officer since January 2016. Mr. A. Corrin joined Freshii in March 2010 as a corporate unit-level manager and held a number of operational positions at Freshii since that time. Mr. A Corrin holds a B.A. from Colgate University. Mr. A. Corrin is the brother of Mr. M. Corrin.

Marc Kielburger

Mr. Kielburger is a Canadian author, social entrepreneur, columnist, humanitarian and activist for children’s rights. He is the co-founder of: Free the Children, an international development and youth empowerment organization; Me to We, a social enterprise that provides socially responsible products and services; and We Day, an annual youth empowerment event. Mr. Kielburger is the recipient of many honours, including the Order of Canada and selection by the World Economic Forum as one of the 250 Young Global Leaders. Mr. Kielburger graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, with a degree in International Relations. Mr. Kielburger was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship and completed a law degree at Oxford University, with an emphasis on human rights law.

Michele Romanow

Ms. Romanow is the Co-Founder of Clear Finance Technology Corp., a technology company that provides financial services for freelancers in the U.S. Previously, Ms. Romanow was the Co-Founder of Snap by Groupon (previously SnapSaves), which was founded in March 2012 and acquired by Groupon, Inc. in June 2014. She served as a senior marketing executive for Groupon, Inc. from June 2014 until March 2016. In February 2011, Ms. Romanow also founded Buytopia.ca, a Canadian e-commerce leader. Prior to that she was Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Improvement for Sears Canada. Ms. Romanow is also one of the venture capitalists on the award winning CBC series Dragons’ Den. Ms. Romanow is also a Director of SHAD, a registered Canadian charity that empowers exceptional high school students. Ms. Romanow is a current director of Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) and a previous director of Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. Ms. Romanow holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and an M.B.A. from Queen’s University.

Heather Briant

Ms. Briant is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Cineplex, which has been named one of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures. In this role, Ms. Briant is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, encompassing talent development and succession, organization effectiveness, total and executive compensation, and HR governance and reporting. Ms. Briant is also a leader in the organization’s corporate strategy and transformation activities. Ms. Briant has over 30 years of prior business experience and was the Vice President, Corporate Human Resources at Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited before joining Cineplex in 2006. Ms. Briant graduated with a MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors as well as the CHRE executive designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
